Fees and Participation

Participation in competitions is paid. Contest participation fees include:
- Marked Race Courses,
- Bib Number & Timing Chip,
- Performance Fabric T-shirt,
- Kit Bag,
- Completion Medal,
- Sponsor Gifts, Coupons, Brochures,
- Digital Certificate of Completion,
- Rich Finishing Treats in the Post-Arrival Catering Area,
- Safety Point (Do not leave your valuables at the safety point)

 *by the law of Turkish Athletic Federation (dated 08.01.16), 7TL will be transferred to federation forevery registered participants.

Volunteers who had done charity run with Adım Adım since 2021 have %30 registration discount. If you have recieved donation for your campaign, you can use your IPK code as discount code. (ex: if your IPKcode is IPKXXX, your discount code is IPKXXX)

Race Kit Distribution

Distribution desks will be available at  Eker Meydan Dates TBC.

Terms of Refund and Cancellation

If participation would like to cancel the registration to the race for any reason, the following cancellation and refund conditions apply:

-For cancellation requests made within 15 days of the registration date, until 60 days before the race day, 50% of the race fee will refund,
-25% of the race fee will refund for cancellation requests up to 59-30 days before the race day,
-Race fee will not refund for cancellation requests made less than 30 days before the race day,
-Race fee and chest number can not transfer to another race or another person.

Changing course;
- Changing can be available only between online registration dates if quotas of courses are not full.
- If new course(event) is more expensive than registered already, payment difference payment must be paid.
- No refund for  changing into cheaper event.
- Changing course wont be available after the end of online registration dates.

Certification and Prerequisites

-For Eker I Run 42K, a valid 1 year health report or a valid athlete license is required.
-5K, 15K ve Skate races do not require a health certificate, a risk acceptance form to be signed by the organization is sufficient.
-You have to scan your health report or license during registration or later, and download it from the user panel in the My Applications section. Click to download the health report.
-Participation of children between the ages of 10-15 in Eker I Run 5K and Skating Track is possible with parental permission. Click here to download the parental consent form.

Only runners who are older than 18 can join 42K Marathon.
Underage runners (under 18) may participate 15K run with a valid sport licence and a parent permission form, 5K run with only parent permission form.
